Tvořivá dílna IRIDA is a youth organization based in Czechia, dedicated to empowering young people and youth workers through non-formal education, creativity, sustainability, and international collaboration.

  Although formally renewed in 2024, our team brings over 25 years of combined experience in Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps (ESC), and local community initiatives. Tvořivá dílna IRIDA is a developing collective of experienced youth workers and trainers who are actively building a stable and consistent youth work profile. 

  While the organisation is still in a growth phase, it maintains regular engagement in the youth work field by actively supporting local and international partners such as schools, youth centres, farms, and community initiatives that share similar values. Team members contribute mainly on a voluntary basis, prioritising long-term organisational development and quality youth work. 

  The organisation has already obtained the ESC Quality Label, secured funding to host over 30 international volunteers, and actively participates as a partner in multiple Erasmus+ and ESC projects, supporting international mobilities and community activities, while further consolidating its long-term programme of regular youth work activities.
