Erasmus+ Opportunities
Erasmus+ offers international learning opportunities for young people and youth workers through non-formal education, intercultural exchange, and collaboration across Europe. Within this programme, IRIDA organizes and participates in activities such as Youth Exchanges for young people, Training Courses for youth workers, and Cooperation Partnerships between organizations that aim to develop innovative educational approaches. These opportunities help participants gain new skills, broaden their perspectives, and build meaningful international connections.
At IRIDA, we use Erasmus+ projects to promote well-being, sustainability, creativity, and active participation among young people and educators.

Mobility of youth workers (KA153-YOU)
Training Courses are designed for youth workers, educators, mentors, and facilitators who want to improve their skills and exchange practices with colleagues from across Europe. Through workshops, reflection, and collaborative learning, participants explore new methods and tools for working with young people. These trainings strengthen professional competences and create strong international networks.

Mobility of young people (KA152-YOU)
Youth Exchanges bring together young people from different countries to learn, share experiences, and explore important topics through non-formal education. Participants take part in interactive workshops, outdoor activities, discussions, and creative sessions while living and learning together in an international group. These exchanges help young people develop confidence, intercultural understanding, and practical life skills.
